Cristen Grey and the Moving Dunes: Home

Acoustic and gritty guitars mixed with Zeppelinesque orchestrations, throw in a sultry alto female vocal make this adult contemporary band a no-brainer, guaranteed to hook any listener from baby boomer to gen x and y alike. Kinda sounds like Alanis Morisette meets Sheryl Crow meets Melissa Etheridge - you get the picture.

Featured on Ear to the Ground - August 14, 2008

Interestingly enough I said we wouldn’t be gigging at all while we were recording – I guess I should know better, yes it hasn’t been very frequent but nonetheless, things have presented themselves while I was looking the other way. I’ve been tapped on the shoulder several times this summer by radio interview requests, a performance or two, an award show, and now two more polite taps on the shoulder - yes, excerpts from our previous radio interview on KUNM are going to become part of “Ear to the Ground” show on KUNM 89.9 on Saturday 8/16/08 at 7pm! Matthew Finch will be hosting the show, so if you missed the Freeform show with David Lescht last time, you have a second chance to at least catch some of the original interview!

KUNM 89.9 Interview - August 5, 2008

I realize this is short notice (time got away from me!) but I thought
I'd let you know we'll be interviewed on KUNM 89.9

David Lescht will have us on his Freeform show on Tue. Aug. 5th at 2pm!

Thanks for listening!
